Dear student,
If you score 100 marks and you belong to sc category then:
Your Percentile based on category would be around 98.73 - 98.93
Your Overall Percentile would be around 95.86 - 96.06
Your Rank based on category would be 865 - 1915
Your all India Rank would be 36103 - 42253

Dear student,

If you will get 100 marks, in jee mains then your percentile will be nearly around 96.6 percentile. And for that your rank will be around 1100 from sc category. But you will not get any good branch or seat via jee mains in any college. So, your percentile must be around 98 or 99 by securing around 140 marks or 150 marks.
