It is difficult to tell you exact cutoff for the state  as you have not mention your state but in general cutoff is above 550+ and for states like rajasthan, haryana, punjab, gujrat, etc. Cutoffs are little more. States cutoff depends on no. Of seats available, no. Of applicants, category. NEET 2019 merit list will be prepared in two formats - an overall merit list and category-wise merit list. The MBBS course fee of AIIMS is low with the annual course fee of total Rs. 5856/- INR.The annual MBBS course fee for the Management quota in the various deemed universities is usually high and varies anywhere between INR 2,11,000/- to INR 22,50,000/-. And for government collges its varies with states 50,000 - 60,000/-.

          The cutoff of NEET UG 2019 for state quota seats varies with the respective state. However the cutoff marks will be certainly lower than the cutoff marks for All India Quota seats. And about the fee structure in government colleges, no government college will exceed 50,000 per annum in their fee structure.
