Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
After all of the rounds have been completed, there is a mop up round, which is essentially a list. The MBBS Mop-Up round is the procedure of states counselling for seat allotment in medical colleges against returned seats from the All India 15% quota. Candidates who are qualified but did not receive a seat in round 1 or round 2 are immediately eligible to participate in the MBBS Mop-Up round. For this round, the candidate must fill out a different form. At the time of counselling, the dates will be displayed. Students are given a date by which they can leave their seats without paying a fine by the state council. You are unable to leave once a seat in the mop up round has been assigned to you.
I hope this helps.
Good Luck
