Open state in the AIQ are those where we can apply for private medical and dental College to the state counselling without the domicile also . Open neet counselling are :Karnataka ,Uttar Pradesh ,Kerala ,Uttarakhand ,Chhattisgarh ,Haryana ,Telangana ,West Bengal ,Bihar , Andhra Pradesh ,Tamil Nadu ,Tripura ,Pondicherry, Rajasthan, Tripura , Himachal Pradesh . Application can be applied on the state’s counselling website.
