The placement drive is conducted by Sandip University's placement cell. Graduates and postgraduate students in the faculties of management, science, arts, commerce, and education are offered on campus placement. The institute's placement cell keeps students informed about changing trends and expectations and prepares them with the highest degree if potential for cracking the selection procedures. Experts from within the industry come to the institution on a regular basis to provide speeches, seminars and interactive sessions, which greatly assist job seekers in their preparations.

The University has shared it's placement statistics data. In 2018, total placement for engineering and technology was 94 percent. In 2019, 400 students were placed for engineering and technology.
