Fees are high in private medical colleges, they might range from as high as 7-12 lakhs per annum. You get admission into government MBBS and private MBBS colleges as per your merit scores itself. Apart from the higher fees, rest everything is similar enough ie the syllabus, course duration, internship, etc.
