Shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Ability Test (WAT) based on the score obtained in CAT (2018)/ XAT (2019)/ GMAT (2017 & 2018) for Indian Domiciled & COGW .

Shortlisted candidates will be called for group discussion based on the scores obtained in written test.
For Candidates with work experience of more than 24 months:
TAPMI follows profile-based shortlisting. Profile considered for shortlisting consists of valid CAT/ XAT/ GMAT scores (whichever is higher), academic profile (10th, 12th, Graduation, backlogs during graduation etc.), work experience (type of company, total experience, etc.), extra-curricular achievements if any.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on the scores obtained in the group discussion.

Candidates are selected based on academics excellence, CAT/ XAT/ GMAT score, work experience, extra-curricular achievements and performance in WAT, group discussion and personal interview.

Selection parameters and weightages:
CAT/ XAT/ GMAT score (overall)- 25%
Verbal Ability (VA Percentile)- 10%
Academic Profile- 15%
Work Experience- 15%
Written Ability Test (WAT) score- 5%
Group Discussion performance- 15%
Personal Interview performance- 15%
