Thanks for putting up the query. Mumbai University will begin with the admission procedure in the month of May. You'd have to fill the application form after checkinh if you're eligible for the chosen course. The university will release the merit list of qualified students in June. The admission in University of Mumbai is based on the merit list. You need to fill its application form & wait till its merit list come out. The basic eligibility for undergraduate programme is that you should be passed Class 12th by a recognised board. For which UG programme you want to apply?
