ASCOMS is a Private Medical College has a 100 seat intake. All the 100 seats are filled through State Counselling because Jammu and Kashmir doesn't participate in All India Counselling.

• 40 seats are allotted for Government Quota and the fee is Approximately Rs.4,50,000 per student per annum.
• 40 seats are allotted for Management Quota and the fee is Approximately Rs.4,50,000 per student per annum.
• 10 seats are allotted for Weaker sections and the fees is Rs.39,000 per student per annum
• 10 seats are allotted for NRIs and the fees is approximately  19565 USD.
