Hello mam, there is always some changes in fees structure and the cut off for colleges although an approximate value for bds course would be around 1-1.5 lakhs per year in a government college.
And to get a good bds government college you'll need 500+ to be on safe side.  If you score this much you can relax a bit, but predicting all this right now won't work until the official cutoff is not out.
