If you talking about India , then in India the annual fee ( including every type of fee) it will vary from 4 or 5 lac annually to 35-40 lac annually or more.

The fee Structure for MBBS are vary for different institute and also it depends upon state and county.

India is comparatively expensive in term of mbbs course than other foreign country ( Bangladesh ,China ,Nepal....
