VIT fee structure is different for the two groups of B.Tech programmes - Group A and Group B.
Branches under group A are:-

• Bioengineering
• Biotechnology
• Civil Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Production and Industrial Engineering
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
• B.Des. Industrial Design
• Fashion Technology

Tuition Fee (per annum) is Rs. 1,73,000 for group A.

Caution Deposit (Refundable ,One time payment) is Rs. 3000  .

Branches under group B are :-

• Mechanical Engineering

• Computer Science and Engineering

• Electronics and Communication Engineering

• Mechanical with specialization in Automotive Engineering

• Computer Science and Engineering with Specialization in Information Security

• Electronics and Communication Engineering with Specialization in Internet of Things and Sensor.

Tuition Fee (per annum) for group B is Rs. 1,95,000

Caution Deposit (Refundable,One time payment) is Rs. 3000 .

Fee Structure For Group A

Total fee to be paid for the first year - INR 1,76,000

Fee Structure for Group B

• Tuition Fee (per annum) - INR 1,95,000 ( After Concession)
• Caution Deposit (Refundable) (One time payment) - INR 3000

Total fee to be paid for the first year - INR 1,98,000
