The answer depends upon the company that visit and it's judgement for a particular candidate
Usually through NIT the annual packages are good but they can be high as well it all depends on the calibre of candidate
For civil average package is around 4 lakhs and for other streams as well average packages are around 3.5-4 lakh per annum
