For any course the percentage attendance of a student is 75% minimum. If the college is government then it is not a strict rule still exception is there and they follow the rule. Private colleges follows this rule very strictly still there are exceptions where it is not followed strictly.

Better to ask the seniors of your colleger regarding the same. They can help you better.
