The hostel expenses differs from one college to other.  It varies from 10k to 90k per year. Each college has different hostel fee structures and Rules. For Ex.. Hansraj college doesn't give hostel to the students of NCR region and the fee for hansraj hostel is 40 k for a semester. 

Whereas the hostel fee for Ramjas College is just 20k.So it entirely depends on the college.
