Both streams are best in there core fields but
As per the recent surveys Aeronautical engineering is best than bsc in physics. Because Aeronautical engineering has one of the streams mainly in Aerospace engineering.

If you choose Aerospace engineering it consists of Aeronautical and Astronautical engineering streams.
