Their are various options available after completing B.pharm, and it depends on your interest where you feel yourself more inclined to.

Getting a job directly after B.Pharm is one option(job in sales and marketing). If you are looking for career in research then you'll have to pursue higher studies.

If you are interested in R&D take up M.Pharm or Ph.D. It will not only add a higher degree and greater career opportunity to your CV but also you can become a professor in Indian universities.
