If you are willing to move outside MU then you'll get into good peer group ( because if your home University is mu then you'll see that you have to score nearly 20 marks more than other students who have different home University )

You can go for
1. Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur
2. Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Nanded

Or if in MU and you are Christian then Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering, Bandra,Mumbai will be best

Do outside home university get more preference than home university candidates? (I saw in KJ Somaiya and other cutoffs that other than home university students had lower cutoff) Is this true?If yes, then how can this be? Because as far as I know Home University students get 70% reservation, right?And no I am not Christian so can't get minority quota.What are my chances to get CSE/IT/EXTC like branches in colleges like COEP, VJTI, KJ Somaiya in the spot round(ie: the last round)?
