If you need the best laptop for coding then any windows laptop with good ram and good graphics along with good memory should do the work for you as the heavy software's require more Ram and memory to run smoothly  . For a longer term you can go for laptops like Dell and Hp . If you want to code for apple applications  like Ios , then you have to buy a Macbook laptop as you can develop applications for apple ecosystem very efficiently.  Otherwise, dont waste much money on Macbooks , windows laptops can do the job for you efficiently and at less cost than macbooks .

You can buy in the budget segment 30K-40K as for coding purposes I3 processor is enough for you.You can choose brands like HP,LENEVO,DELL,ASUS,etc.
Choose any one according to your choice of RAM,Graphic card,etc.
