To score good marks in neet and  AIIMS exam,your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly after that you can opt any reference book for solving MCQ'S.Try not to opt too many reference book as it will only confuse you so make sure you opt any one reference book for each subject.i hope this information helps you.
