I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
As nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.

For any general candidate to get admission into nits must have to secure a rank under 35k and to get top nits rank should be below 10k .

According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon no of applicants , level of difficulty of mains this year etc etc with a rank of 61259 you will have no-meagre chances of getting into nits from other state quota, since you have not mentioned any category also you might have a chance from your home state NIT especially at hamirpur,srinagar ,manipur etc etc ,so you might /might not have a chance it will completely depend on this years merit fallout, home state, category so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity.
