I suppose you have given BCECE for MIT Muzaffarpur admission. 

So the cut off score for BCECE 2018 was 480 for ST category. As far as civil engineering is concerned, last year's cut off for Civil Engineering was closed at rank 609.

So it is advised that your rank must be lower than last year's rank.
