The cut off for Bitsat is not released yet.
As cut off varies every year it is difficult to predict
Cut off depends upon no of candidates appearing, qualifying, last year's trends, no of seats available, difficulty level of exam.
The cut off for civil engineering in Bitsat in previous years:
In 2017 it was 294
In 2018 it was 274
In 2019 it was 269
So you see, it varies year by year.
Although it can be in range of 260-300 for this year.
Much will be known after results are out on official website.

The cutoff for 2020 still hasn't been announced yet but looking at the trend it should probably be between 260-280 at most it will go upto 310 not much more than that
