Hello,

NIT Calicut is one of the top 5 institutes in India. Criteria is same as JEE main eligibility criteria. The selection criteria will be the rank cutoff range. The maximum rank will go max to max upto 2500 odd number. It hardly touched 3k even. And this high rank is for non technical branches like Civil engineering, mechanical engineering or instrumentation.

You just have to score a rank below 500 to get an admission in branch like CSE or ECE or Information technology.  There is high competitive environment which makes more difficult to get an admission.

All the best for your JEE Mains. Don't worry about all this for now. Prepare well for your entrance.
