It seems you are asking on merit based :For getting admission into Ag. Courses you need to give entrance exam like ICAR AIEEA for getting into top university .
But if want to know about ug agriculture related entrance exam cutoff,so the Cut off marks would be declared on after the ICAR AIEEA 2019 Examination for Admission.
Examination date of AIEEA UG  and AIEEA PG : Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) is 13th May 2019 once exam will takes place cutoff list will come out.
