Hello,

In order to get admission into this college you need to qualify the NATA/JEE mains with good score. Then the rank is listed on the basis of 50% weightage to qualifying exam and 50% entrance test. So on the basis of number of students taking exam and how good you score the cutoff criteria will be set so it will change accordingly. For more details check their official website.
