You may or may not have some chances of getting admission in Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Navi Mumbai. I would have provided you better estimate about your admission if you had provided your NEET PG rank also along with the marks( this you have mentioned).  By analysis, the NEET PG rank that you may have secured based on your marks is close to 30000.

MGM Medical College is one of the reputable Medical Institutes of the country and provides admission to students who have secured a good rank in the NEET PG exam. As far it's cutoff is concerned, for round 1, the cutoff rank is around 16000 under general category ofcourse. For round 2, the cutoff rank is close to 19000. These cut off ranks are for the course MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Another aspect of it which is against your chances is that there are only 6 seats for the course in MGM Medical College. Therefore, the competition is extremely high. As it is a private medical college, such Institutes do not accept students based on any form of reservation. Infact, they offer admission to students strictly on basis of merit or the students who have scored a better rank.

As far as fees of the Institute is concerned, for completing MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, you will be charged a tution fees of Rs 25 lakhs. That is a lot of money to spend on just a post graduation program.
