This is a bit difficult to answer because every year it depends upon the number of candidates and the standard of question paper but for a rough idea -

The minimum qualifying percentile for OBC Candidates in NEET 2019 is 40th Percentile and the cut-off marks for the same are somewhere between 106 - 96.
