Delhi University doesn't offer integrated BA-BEd course, it offers BA and BEd course separately, the former for a duration of three years for which admission is based on the merit of the qualifying examination, and BEd for a duration of two years in four colleges under DU for which admission is done through entrance test, you can consider  various other options regarding this such as Regional Institute of Education with its various campuses through CEE conducted by NCERT, Sharda University, Amity University, LPU, Central University of Jharkhand to name a few.
