JEE main cutoff varies every year depending upon the difficulty level of question paper. It stays around 100 marks from past history, not more than that.

Just focus on scoring at least more than 200 to get a good college for your B.tech

There will be no fixed cutoffs for jee mains,  there will be a fixed number, such that those number of students will be qualified in jee mains.

The score which the last qualified candidate gets is released as cutoff score. So cut off score depends on the paper standard.

Generally cutoff for generral category lies around 81,but score above 120 would be safe to clear jee mains.

The cutoffs are subjected to change every year as they depends upon the number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of the paper and availability of the seats. So it is hard to predict next year's cutoffs now. Wait until this year's cutoffs are out after that it will be easy to estimate cutoffs of 2020.
