The following factors will be considered for determining the OJEE cut off:

1. Level of difficulty (for each paper)
2. Total qualified candidates for each course
3. Seating availability for each course and specialism
4. OBC, SC, ST, PWD, and other reserved groups

The typical OJEE cutoff is usually greater than 600. But the most important thing I want to say you that it is just the expected cutoff and the actual cut off can be higher than this. So I would suggest you to always try to score much better than the expected cutoff.
