You may be knowing that TUEE exam notification has been released.
Now for integrated Msc course from Tezpur University you need to satisfy some eligibility criteria first .

• Candidates must secure a minimum 60 percent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their class 10+2 examination and also secure a minimum pass marks in individual subjects and English.

Well there is no cutoff for integrated courses. You will be given 50 question out of which 40 Q. Are from major subject.
However, you need to score a good rank to get admission as there are only 30-40 seats
