The eligibility for MSc Mathematics in Government Brennen College, Kannur (Kerala) is graduation from a recognized institute or university with a minimum of 50% marks in English. There is a 5% relaxation for SC/ST students in the minimum aggregate.

Admission is on basis of reservation and a special examination which does not have a specified cut-off.
