What is the cutoff for JEE MAINS for 2018

Hi ,
                JEE main result for 2018 is not released yet.CBSE will release JEE main cutoff on 30th April 2018.But the answer key for JEE main 2018 is out.Candidate can check them on official website.

Dear Vaishnavi,

Result of JEE mains will be announced on April 30.JEE main cutoff marks may vary every year, but if we observe the trend for past 4-5 years, difficulty level of paper is increasing year by year, thus there is a slight fall (4-5 marks/even 10 marks) every year. I think this years cut off will be around 75-95 for general category and it will be aroud 40-45 for sc/st .Also it is based on the following factors:

(I) Numbers of students appeared for the exam.

(Ii)Level of questions in the exam and the number of easy or medium level questions as hard level question are only for top rankers.

(Iii)Also depends on the bonus marks if any ambiguous question is there, which generally increases the cutoff marks. please visit college predictor to know which college you probably get with your score.
