Firstly, you have to specify which criteria you belong to.
For General Category, in North Campus, the cutoff won't go below 93-94 percent for boys. Girls will get one percent leverage for the same.
This cut off is of Kirori Mal College and SGTB Khalsa College.

For South Campus, the cut off for B.Com won't go any lower than 85 percentage for General Category. This will be in colleges like Aditi Mahavidyalaya, Ram Lal Anand College.

Do keep in mind that this is just B. Com Honors and not B.Com Programme.
