Hello Aditya

The cutoff changes every year and so it would be difficult to predict the safe marks range for admission. The cutoff for last year NEET was 119 marks for general category. But these marks were just to pass the entrance exam and not for admission. Every college has their own range of marks for admission based on the number of seats.
However, this year the cutoff may even go high or may be in the range of previous year's cutoff. To get admission in a good government medical college for a general category candidate- minimum of 550+ score is required. So keep high target and prepare accordingly.!

Good Luck.!
