Hello,

To get into good government college of Mumbai, you need to have minimum aggregate of 50% in 12th class and if you are applying after 10th, you should have minimum 35% in the qualifying examination such as MHT CET or a certification in ITT after 10th also allows you to pursue polytechnic.
