Cut off for admission into a government medical college in Bihar is around 540-550 (via 85 percent State Quota). However cut off varies from year to year, as it depends on number of candidates registered and difficulty of question paper. So to be on a safer side, its better to target for a score of 560+ for a sure shot selection.
