Dear Iqbal, the cut offs are least marks that secured a seat in a particular college under a particular Category. So we can know of the cut offs only after the entire counselling process has been completed. However, after Round 1 State Counselling, 584 is the cut off for BC category. Given its reputation Patna Medical College will have higher cut off.
