What is the difference between All India quota seats and Institutional quota seats?

hello aspirant,
the candidates who qualify neet can apply for state counselling and also for all india counselling.
every medical colleges has 85% seats reserve for local candidates and 15% seats are fills by all india category. so in all india quota non home state candidate may also apply.
now coming to institutional seat, institutional quota or seats are the seats held by the college/Institution itself . This seats include Management and NRI seats/quota. it means the desired candidate who wants admission in that particular College/Institute should visit college and then complete admission process by paying requisite fees.
