Hello aspirate
All India quota (AIQ) which provides 15% seats in medical colleges means that students from all states irrespective of states are eligible and can get different states college based on their ranking and so high marks are required here. Wheras state quota which provides 85% seats in medical means that state domicile students are given preferrance and so cut off marks for state quota is less compare to AIQ.
