Bachelor of Engineering is a graduate level program. You can do this course after passing the 12th class exams. Usually, after your plus two, you must take an engineering entrance examination conducted in the state level or national level. The main focus of the B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering Programs is to equip the student with the theoretical knowledge needed to innovate technology and also invent some new technical gadgets.
Bachelor of Technology is a graduate level program that you can pursue after you pass your 12th class board examinations. To get an entry to a bachelor of technology course, you must take a state level or national level entrance test (depending on the case of the course you wish to join). These common entrance examinations secure you an entry into the different bachelor's programs in technology offered by different colleges and institutes.
B. Tech (Bachelor of Technology programs are usually application and skill-based courses. Their prime focus is on making the student understand the technology behind the working of gadgets and modify or enhance their quality of working.

both BE and Btech are similar, they both are offered under undergraduate level in the engineering courses. Both degrees are equivalent. There is a single difference between them i.e., BE is more in the nature of theoretical learning, whereas Btech is more of the nature of practical learning.
