Hey pradosh,
According to your query,
You should know that both courses are nearly same as you mentioned.  But some study related aspects are different in both field. it matters from which college you are completing your degree.  Now if you compare NIT and IIIT then obviously you should opt for IIIT because it's far better in terms of academics and faculty profile.  IIIT delhi is one of the reputed colleges in India.
