hi there ,

As per you query ,

the private  seats are seats available in a government/state government owned medical or dental college, whereas private seats are the seats available to students in privately owned medical and dental colleges .
the private colleges are owned by private organizations and are funded through tuition and donations; public colleges are colleges which have been founded and funded by the State government . The cost of education in private colleges is higher than the public college.
