Hey,
JEE is the Joint Entrance Examination that you must clear to pursue Bachelor of Technology in any National Institute of Technology(NIT) or Indian Institute of Technology(IIT). While National Eligibility cum Entrance Test(NEET), is the exam to pursue MBBS and BDS in any government Medical College or Private Medical Colleges other than AIIMS or JIPMER.
The syllabus is based on the syllabus of class 11th and 12th for both. However, the question paper of JEE Mains is quite tough as compared to NEET. So,yoy neec different approach to cater them both.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

Engineers and Doctors are the top most renowned proffesion in India.

NEET and JEE is one of the competitive level exam and it is very tough to say which is hard to crack. It totally depends on student to students.

The difference between the subjects is  NEET questions are generally direct based and questions asked in JEE is conceptual based.

Good luck!!
