what is the difference between private management quota and state quota??

Hello there,

State Quota means the quota which is only applicable for candidates holding state domicile. These seats are specially reserved for such students. These candidates have to prove themselves as locals to fall under state quota.

Management Quota seats are the seats available for students having a low merit score and are willing to pursue courses by paying fees for the seat. These seats are also referred and Payment seats. These students will not have any chance to obtain scholarships.
