Jee mains 2021 is to be conducted in four sessions: February, March, April and May 2021. February and March sessions has been conducted, but due to the increasing cases of Covid-19 April and May sessions were postoned. Now, they are to be conducted in July and August 2021. And for same the application portal is open till today only.
Moreover, to be eligible to write Jee Mains 2021 students must have qualified 10+2 or should be appearing for 10+2 board exams. This year the criteria of 75% in 10+2 has been relaxed.
The candidates are allowed to write JEE Mains exam for 3 consecutive years from the year of passing 10+2 . For example, if you are appearing for 10+2 board exams in 2021 , then you can write jee mains for 2021, 2022 and 2023. Also, now Jee mains is conducted 4 times a year so you will be having 4X3 = 12 attempts overall.
