The eligibility criteria is to score a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCB/BPC/PCMB. This means that people should score a minimum average of 50% in PCB,PCM,PCMB. It is not asking for total 12th score.

Indian Council of Agriculture Research Entrance Exam is conducted to get admission in varied Agricultural and allied sciences.
