As per the eligibility to apply for IIT JAM entrance Exam, For General/OBC (NCL) category the minimum marks should be 55 percent marks or 5.5 out of 10 aggregate in languages and subsidiaries of all the years combined and 50% belonging to the SC/ST and PwD categories.
