after 10+2 course you may apply national defense academy for flying training officer course. nda will release its official notification on 8th january 2020. last date for form filling is 28th january, 2020 tentatively. age lmit is 16.5 – 19.5 years. candidates must be born between July 2, 2001 and July 1, 2004 for NDA I. only male candidates can apply .

eligibility criteria :

if you want to join A ir Force & Naval of NDA and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme of indian air force, the candidate need to have pass 10+2 course from a recognized university with physics and mathematics as main subject.

if you want to join Army Wing of National Defense Academy , Candidates must have passed their 10th and 12th course  from a recognized board or university.

For Indian air force there are two type of recruitment for airmen and for commissioned officer. For officer it is done by Afcat and cds exam. For Afcat exam one must have a graduate degree. For flying and technical they need a engineering graduate and all other can apply for Ground Duty. For Flying upper age limit is 24 years and for Ground Duty if is till 26 years. Medical students can apply but you will be eligibile for Ground Duty.
